    The process for the registration is as follows:

    • Registration of the company should be done online
    • Selection of the importer should be done as per the importer or manufacturer/marketer in India.
    • Company, products and warehouse details have to be filled
    • The documents required and the associated signed formats have to be uploaded.
    • The draft label has to be uploaded
    • A payment of online fees of Rs. 1000 is needed
    • Payment challan has to be uploaded
    • Application has to be submitted online
    • You have to follow-up and check for the grant of registration

    There can be unexpected hindrance and delay in obtaining the license. If the following are kept in mind, delay can be easily avoided:

     
    • All the warehouse addresses must be added in the company GST
    • For all the addresses applied, address proof with electricity proof is required
    • The NOC of the owner with the ID proof is required if the property is on lease
    • For the company with warehouse addresses included in the GST, PAN card and GST are required
    • The ID proof of all the directors and landowners are mandatory to be filed in the application.
