As per File No. X-11026/35/22-VD, dated 19th July, 2023. vide Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO - Veterinary Division) and the Directorate General of Health Services, all applicants seeking issuance of Form 11 (Test Licence) for Veterinary Vaccines or Drugs can now apply online through SUGAM portal to streamline the regulatory process
The Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) and Directorate General of Health Services vide File No. X-11026/35/22-VD, has implemented an online application for issuance of Form 11 (Test Licence) for Veterinary Vaccines or Drugs with effect from 19th July, 2023 All applicants seeking for such licences or certificates can apply online through the SUGAM portal (www.cdscoonline.gov.in) for issuance of Form 11 (Test Licence for Veterinary Vaccines or Drugs) The online issuance of applications through the SUGAM portal (www.cdscoonline.gov.in) is implemented mainly to simplify the regulatory submission process. Hence, any applicant may submit an online application via the SUGAM portal using the checklist outlined in the modules. However, applicants should note that the the option to submit hard copy applications offline might not be accessible for processing.
