Mr. Pradip Chakraborty is a veteran food technologist with over 40 years of experience in food safety, regulatory affairs, food processing, and public sector leadership. A former Director at the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), he has contributed extensively to national food safety policy, quality systems, and global regulatory discussions.
He has authored multiple scientific publications, translated the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 into Bengali, and written chapters for international books published by Taylor & Francis and Elsevier. Recognized with the President’s Special Award (2013) by the India Food Processor Association, he has also chaired major global conferences, including the 4th International Food and Nutrition Conference (Singapore, 2021).
Dr. Sushil Kumar, PhD

Dr. Sushil Kumar is a translational scientist and entrepreneur with extensive expertise in tissue inflammation,cancer biology, and drug discovery. Dr. Kumar earned his PhD in cancer cell signaling from the Max Planck Institute for Biochemistry in Munich,Germany, under Prof. Axel Ullrich. He served as Assistant Professor at Oregon Health and Science University(OHSU) in Portland, Oregon until December 2025, before transitioning to Immunocombinex. He has publishedextensively on the role of tissue inflammation in health and diseases as well as on the development ofinnovative approaches to identify combination therapy regimens that enhance response to standard-of-carecancer immunotherapy. His research contributions include numerous highly cited publications on cancer biology and inflammation,book chapters, and reviews. Dr. Kumar has filed multiple patents towards the development of multiplexed highcontent analytical approaches for analyzing tissue characteristics to predict disease development and to predictor monitor therapy response as well as towards cancer drug discovery. He serves on editorial boards and also asan ad-hoc reviewer in several cancer biology journals. He currently also serves on the advisory board ofmultiple biotech companies.
