Central Government amendments in the Drug Rules, 1945.
Addition of drug in Schedule H category by Central Govt. after consultation with Drugs Technical Advisory Board.
This notification states that these rules will now be called Drugs (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2022 and this amendment will be enforced from 1/11/2022. Drug “Acitretin” has been added at S. No. 552 in Schedule H.
