Fixation of Ceiling prices for Scheduled formulations under revised Schedule -I (NLEM 2022) of DPCO 2013 notified vide S.O. No. 5249 dated 11.11.2022
The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) has issued an Office Memorandum requesting manufacturers and marketing companies to submit pricing data (PTR and MAT) for Gentamicin 40 mg (100 ml pack) within 7 working days. The data will be used for ceiling price fixation under DPCO, 2013 (NLEM 2022). The information must be submitted in the prescribed Annexure-A format.
The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA), through an Office Memorandum dated April 2026, has called upon all concerned manufacturers and marketing companies to submit pricing and market data for the formulation Gentamicin 40 mg (100 ml pack).
