Dr. Rajshree, Additional DGHS, has been appointed as the Central Compounding Authority. Stakeholders may apply for compounding of offences by submitting the prescribed application form in physical copy along with an advance email copy, as per Rule 4 of the Rules.
The Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO), under the Directorate General of Health Services, has issued a Public Notice regarding the compounding of offences under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, in accordance with the Drugs and Cosmetics (Compounding of Offences) Rules, 2025, notified vide G.S.R. 259(E) dated 24 April 2025.
