The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) issued an addendum on 29 August 2025 to its earlier order on ceiling price fixation for IV fluid formulations. Two new manufacturers: M/s Hindustan Polyfab and M/s Pharma Implex Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. were added under Table B. Specific applicable formulations from Table A have been assigned to each, ensuring regulated pricing for their IV fluid products.

Key points include:
- The addendum introduces two additional manufacturers in Table B: M/s Hindustan Polyfab (Euro Head/LDPE Bottles) and M/s Pharma Implex Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. (Euro Cap/Head Bottles).
- Corresponding clauses (e1) and (e2) specify that for Hindustan Polyfab, only formulations at Sl. No. 1 and 6 of Table A are applicable, while for Pharma Implex Laboratories, formulations at Sl. No. 1, 2, 4, and 6 are applicable.
This ensures their inclusion in the regulated ceiling price framework for IV fluid packs.
