- Prices are exclusive of GST and apply only to manufacturers/marketers who submitted Form-I applications and hold valid manufacturing licenses.
- Manufacturers must publish price lists in Form-V, submit them via IPDMS to NPPA and State Drug Controllers, and ensure retailers display them prominently.
- Any non-compliance or overcharging will invite recovery with interest under DPCO, 2013 and the Essential Commodities Act, 1955.
- Previous price orders for the same formulations now stand superseded.
