The revision follows a review order issued by the Department of Pharmaceuticals after concerns were raised regarding the application of monopoly price reduction methodology to these vaccines.
Under the revised notification, the ceiling prices have been updated to Rs. 9.89 per dose for BCG Vaccine, Rs. 87.93 per vial for Measles Rubella Vaccine, and Rs. 62.00 per vial for Measles Vaccine, including the Wholesale Price Index (WPI) adjustment of 0.64956%.
